a love story that continues the sweetest way... March 16 2015
This week I would to highlight a gorgeous wedding that was traditional with style and love. Each part had wonderful details that gave off an elegant surprise to the next. Invitations, dresses, flowers, music, food and venue all had the same style of an old fashion love story. The bride and groom had a vision that did not shift throughout the entire planning process. Creating a note card stationery theme with all the paper pieces.
The invitation was a 3 layer double letterpress display of perfection. Having one layer of black plike stock in-between a top black letterpress on cream paper and an embossed white card stock. A very modern 3rd layer with a complement to architecture and white space. The pieces that follow hold the same tone as the main invitation.
Above you can see the reception card and response card along side the main invitation. All share the same paper and type layout and style. Below is the ceremony program ready to be handed out to the guests.
Below is the reception's menu. Tucked in the napkin ready for picking!!
Seating cards with guest names on the outside and the table number on the inside. A clever way to keep a stationery theme.
Table numbers below with number and the word.
Table number on the table with centerpieces to die for!!
Personalized stationery for each guest with their name on the cards.
Below are two types of cupcakes, "Mr. P" and "Mrs. P", for each guest to take home. Yum!!
This celebration did not end that night. With love this strong the next chapters of this story of course include a beautiful family. digho is SUPER excited to be a part of Diane and Mike's wedding day and welcome a new addition to the digho family with Rose Maria. Help me celebrate their bundle of joy with a CONGRATULATIONS!!
